I ordered the winter jacket in the beautiful Ashford Cord Green (Corduroy material), and the product itself is absolutely fantastic. The quality, colour and feel are exactly what I hoped for it was a gift, and the person loved it.
The only downside was the delivery time. It arrived 45 days late due to festival season demand, which was disappointing since it was meant for a birthday. That said, the team did send me an “old money” brown sweater as an apology, and it’s genuinely amazing super comfortable and stylish.
Overall, I’m very happy with the products. It would just be great if the communication and delivery timelines improved, because the items are definitely worth the wait.
