Return Conditions
- For Return/Refund - Mail at support@thewilliamstreet.com
- Only store credits (No Cash Refund) will be provided if you return a product that is on the EOS Sale.
- The return should be filed by the next day of delivery; otherwise, it will not be eligible for return.
- The refund will be processed after we receive the returned item.
- Rs.150 Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund if the order is undelivered due to a wrong number/address entered by the customer.
